Wajir South MP Mohamed Adow Engages Residents to Review 2025 Progress

Share:

Wajir South Member of Parliament Mohammed Adow held a series of consultative meetings with residents from across the constituency to review development progress and outline priorities for the coming year.

The engagements brought together youths, women and elders, providing a forum for the MP to brief constituents on achievements recorded so far and to assess the impact of various development initiatives undertaken during the year.

Adow said the meetings were intended to promote transparency and accountability, noting that public participation remains central to effective representation and responsive leadership.

He explained that the consultations would also inform planning for 2026, with residents invited to share their concerns, expectations and proposals on key development areas.

“The views of the people are critical in shaping priorities and ensuring that decisions taken reflect the real needs on the ground,” he said.

Participants described the opportunity to directly engage their elected representative and contribute to the constituency’s development agenda very vital.
