Wiper Patriotic Front Party Leader and presidential candidate Kalonzo Musyoka has called on Kenyans to embrace unity, tolerance and love for one another as the country navigates political and social differences.
Musyoka said the values of unity and peaceful coexistence should remain central to Kenya’s national journey.
He made the remarks after attending Sunday Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Hola, Tana River County.
The former Vice President underscored the importance of standing together despite differences, particularly at a time when the country faces competing political and social interests.
“As we march on in the journey of Ukombozi, let us remain steadfast and united in our shared desire for a peaceful, just and prosperous Kenya,” Musyoka said.
He added that Kenya should be a nation where every Mwananchi feels “seen, heard and valued.”
Musyoka was accompanied by DP Party Leader and Speaker Emeritus Justin Bedan Muturi, DAP-K Party Leader Eugene Wamalwa, National Assembly Deputy Minority Leader Robert Mbui, Nyali MP Mohamed Ali, Embakasi South MP Julius Mawathe and Wiper Party spokesperson Wakili Ndegwa Anjou, among others.
The visit to Hola concluded Musyoka’s two-day tour of Garissa and Tana River counties, where he engaged in political mobilisation ahead of the 2027 General Election as he seeks to consolidate support around the opposition’s Ukombozi agenda.
“Tuko pamoja. Komboa Kenya,” Musyoka said.
