Township Dekow Barrow has strongly condemned the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old man in Garissa County, accusing police officers of involvement in the killing.
Speaking on Tuesday, the MP identified the victim as Aden Mohamed Hassan, a young businessman who was allegedly shot dead by officers attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in the early hours of the morning.
