Former BBC journalist and diplomat Abdullahi Yussuf has announced the upcoming release of his debut book, Anatomy of Inequality, scheduled to be published in March.
In a post shared on his official Facebook account, Yussuf revealed the news to his followers, writing: “My debut book Anatomy of Inequality will be out in March, in sha Allah.”
The book examines the deep-rooted structures that shape inequality in Kenya, focusing on how political connections, social class, and privilege influence access to opportunities.
Through critical analysis and lived insights, Anatomy of Inequality seeks to spark conversation around power, governance, and social justice in modern Kenyan society.
Yussuf, who has previously worked as a journalist with the BBC and served in diplomatic roles, brings a wealth of experience in media, public policy, and international affairs.
His transition into authorship marks a new chapter in his engagement with public discourse, particularly on issues affecting governance and social equity.
The book expands readers interested in politics, development, and the ongoing debate on inequality in Kenya, ahead of its official release later this year.
